Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our AI job automation risk calculator.
Why did we build this calculator?
Most "will AI take my job" answers are either fear-based or vague. We built a practical tool that focuses on what actually changes first: the tasks inside your job. The goal is to help you understand your automation risk, then take smart action to future-proof your career.
Is this an AI job loss prediction?
No. This is an AI job impact and automation exposure estimate, not a layoff forecast. It shows how likely your day-to-day tasks are to be reshaped by AI and automation.
How does the calculator work?
You enter your job title, industry, and experience. Our AI analyzes your role's core tasks against real automation benchmarks from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, O*NET, and the World Economic Forum to produce a risk score from 0 to 100.
Why not just use my job title?
Because two people with the same title can have totally different workflows. AI replaces tasks, not titles. Our calculator analyzes the actual tasks within your role, which makes the score more useful than a generic title-based lookup.
What should I do if my score is Moderate or High?
Treat it as a prompt to move up the value chain: learn AI tools relevant to your field, build skills AI struggles with (like judgment, trust, stakeholder influence, and accountability), and focus on workflow ownership rather than individual task execution.
Can a low score still be risky?
Yes. Market shifts, company strategy, and outsourcing can still change demand. A low score simply means your work currently relies more on human judgment and context than routine, automatable tasks.
How can I lower my AI job risk over time?
Build an AI-resilient skill stack: AI tool fluency, basic data literacy, workflow design, quality control, and communication. Then prove it with measurable outcomes like case studies, process improvements, and quantifiable results.
Do you store my answers?
No. Your analysis runs entirely through AI processing and is not stored. We don't save your job title, industry, or results. If you sign up for the waitlist, only your email is stored.
